“First time boarding my kitty. We were on the 11 day cruise. I don't think my cat missed me. They spoiled her. I absolutely recommend kitten around my kitty was that stressed at all . When I get my cat home, I think she was looking for the staff. She kind of couldn't believe she was home. I think she missed the staff. It only took about a day for her to get back to her daily routine. Happy to be home, but she was looking for her new friends, what a wonderful job. You could actually tell they were cat people they played classical music for the kitties to relax by. It was so cozy I wanted to stay I have boarded animals before for shorter periods of time. They have always ended up being freaked out, but not this time, she was absolutely relaxed. I think she's looking forward to her seeing her friends again not so soon maybe next year. Charlotte is a Weimaraner / Pitt mix. She is the sweetest dog, but wasn’t always the best listener. We hired Mike from Rochester NY Dogs to train Charlotte as a service dog for our developmentally disabled daughter. Thanks to him our rambunctious, high energy pup now knows all of the basic commands & MUCH more! I honestly thought she couldn’t be trained (I’ve had many dogs over the years and was able to train all but her myself! She was a stubborn one!) He works miracles. We fondly call him the “dog whisperer” because it’s amazing how fast he can get difficult dogs to listen to his every command! Mike is also fantastic at connecting with neurodivergent kiddos - which makes the training sessions go so smoothly!

“The front staff were extremely helpful and treated my cats very kindly. The vet Dr. Lann was professional and straight to the point, and gave me good pointers to take care of my cat pixel who is borderline overweight. My other cat sassy got a nice bath and blow, and when I came back home, despite both of them being anxious during the visit, both of them were absolutely fine as if nothing happened. “I'm not one to typically leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation. I unexpectedly had to book my dog for 10 days while i went out of town and our normal place was full so I contacted Finger Lakes. I was extremely nervous taking my dog somewhere new for so long and they made me so comfortable, walked me through the facility, explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. They're so kind and you can just see how much they really care about these animals. When I got home yesterday my dog was happy as could be and every time i called while out of town they explained he was having a great time and gave me a detailed update (and I called frequently lol).
