I cannot recommend Julie highly enough. I’ve been going for monthly massages and am amazed at the results. Julie listens to what your needs are and knows exactly what to do. The lighting, music and oils all make for a luxurious experience. I always leave relaxed, refreshed and counting the days until my next one 🌼
I had the new seaweed wrap yesterday with Chelsea - I highly recommend this - she was very professional and made me feel at ease with the whole process. My skin has never felt so soft and smooth. The head, neck and shoulder massage was very relaxing, also. I can’t wait to have one again. I would encourage anyway to call Chelsea for this new service and I am sure you will have a wonderful experience.
Doula services - I highly recommend Healing Hands Wellness Studio for their prenatal massages and doula services. I did not have a doula with my previous two births, so I didn't know quite what to expect. Both Julie and Ashley listened to find out my beliefs and priorities and then created a beautiful birth plan, directed me to evidence-based resources prior to birth regarding specific concerns, checked in with me frequently leading up to birth, helped me advocate during labor, and provided techniques to help with labor pain such as massage, movement, and positive verbal support. The medical staff embraced their help and expertise during labor, and together, they all made the most supportive and knowledgeable team. I cannot recommend them enough! I am so thankful for them and the birthing experience that they helped me have.
