Expensive, rude and a horrible business model. They charge one flat rate on taxes. My taxes are simple... married, one dependent. And they charged me the same that they would charge a business owner. My father who owns multiple properties and businesses pays $160 for his taxes. Allied charged me $100 more than that for the most basic tax return ever. Then when I complained and asked questions, they became rude and took off $10, saying that's the best they can do and they're cutting me a break. Also when my taxes were in their hands, I had to call multiple Times to find out the progress, because we didn't hear anything for over a month. Do not go here. They take forever to get anything done and they are rude and overpriced.
