In 2021 because of COVID we couldn't have in person appointment and I was too late to even schedule an appointment over zoom or mail, so I ended up doing it via online program. I ended up paying 50% of what I pay usually (it was the higher end charge for that online service because I requested unlimited live person phone support). Let me tell you, you get what you pay for. That online company phone support was useless, those people knew less than me.Needless to say I am so happy to be able to do my taxes with Mr Greenbaum and Co again!
