Had a great first visit to Victor Family Dentistry for a cleaning and future cavity fill. The reception staff are friendly both on the phone, pre-visit, and in person. Sarah cleaned my teeth and, for the first time, I did not experience any pain, or, for that matter, practically jump out of the chair when a sensitive spot was hit during scraping/flossing (as so often happened in the past). Every 6 month cleaning? Sure, count me in. I met Dr Lowenguth and he was both friendly and very personable. No sign of any persnickety chair side manner-like many out there practicing. He made a great first impression. I told him he looked friendly in the website photo, plus his office had great online reviews, so I figured his office would be a good choice to get the ole choppers squared away. The days of dreading people poking around my mouth appear to be a thing of the past…yay! Thanks to all the crew for making my first experience such a positive one.

I had a spray tan appointment with Laura, it was my first spray tan ever. Laura was incredibly professional, explaining what the process was like before starting. She explained everything thoroughly in an easy to understand manner. She also gave me thorough instructions for home care before and after my appointment. 10/10 would go back again, and will recommend her to everyone I know.

After reading all of the great reviews for Anthony and Canandaigua Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, I decided to give them a call to clean some carpet and my living room sofa. I was most concerned about the sofa, which is cream colored and had been a favorite perch for our little cockapoo. While vacuuming it after she was gone, I was shocked to see how dirty it actually was!
Anthony returned my call promptly and after a brief discussion we made an appointment. He arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and very easy to talk with. He looked everything over and quoted me a very reasonable price. He was also very honest about expectations with the couch, which I really appreciated, and then went right to work. When he was done, he showed me everything to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely was! The couch looked fabulous! I couldn’t have been happier! In fact, I also asked him about cleaning the oriental carpet in my family room, which was well used and in need of cleaning. He actually took the carpet to his shop and returned it the next week - another fabulous job! I was thrilled! It looks great!

Dr. Wendy and her staff are the best! I recently had crowns replaced by Wendy and the entire experience couldn't have gone better. From the first visit where she explained the entire process very thoroughly, to the scheduling flexibility, follow up and personal care delivered, she and her team were wonderful. Alexandria is so kind and knowledgeable. She knows just where to go and what to do to alleviate painful and tense muscles. I usually do 1.5 hr sessions and they have really helped me with various issues I've had. Looking forward to another great massage with Alex tomorrow!!

We just finished a cross country road trip and our dog desperately needed a bath. We found this place only 4 minutes away from our last night spent on the road and it couldn’t have worked out better! They had everything you could possibly need. Everything was clean and tidy, they even had a rack of towels for last touch ups after drying. What a great place!

Incredible staff and service!
Called in the morning for a computer that had domain and access issues. Brought the machine in that morning. Three staff worked on the issues. They unlocked the drives, backed up and recovered all files, added software to assist with copying in the future, created “copy from” and “copy to” folders on my desktop and re-established a new admin account with everything recreated.

Great place to go for a massage. The bathroom has a nice little rain shower and lots of amenities, so you feel like you're at a nice hotel.
The therapists are very good and very professional.
I made a mistake as someone who doesn't get massages regularly. I have a lot of knots, and the pressure was a little intense, and it did hurt a bit. I thought, "I won't be able to do this again soon, so let them do their job and get those knots out." Especially because as soon as the therapist moved on from one area to the next, the spot they just left felt so much more relaxed. When I left, I felt AMAZING. The next day, however, I feel like I'm bruised over my whole body. Thats not the therapists fault - you, as the customer, need to tell them to use less pressure if you need it. If the massage hurts while it's happening, it's going to hurt the next day. You have been warned.
My wife and I did a couples massage, and she likes less pressure, and so that's what she got, and she had no next day pain. So just be aware of what you're asking for and you'll have a good experience. Don't go for more pressure if you don't do massages often. It can feel fine in most areas, but when you hit a knot, it can hurt. I just happen to have knots over about 90% of my back. This was our 2nd couples massage here and last time the therapist did much less pressure for me, and it did feel better.
Srill, 10/10 though. I will go back, and I'll just be more careful about what I ask for next time.
Contacted Tambe to locate and repair an electrical problem. Gavin & Jake with 2 others showed up and immediately began searching for the root cause of hot neutral wires. They went from basement to attic, found the problem, and fixed it. After watching the effort they all put in I would more that recommend them for any electrical service I might need in the future.

I had lasik on November 26th at the gates location and I loved it. No complications, minimal discomfort because well they laser your eye balls but great communication, especially for it being the week of thanksgivings Dr Haunch is the best, the actual procedure took 10 mins total which was mind blowing and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I did not feel rushed or dismissed or nervous at all. Melissa is the coordinator and is on top of everything you need to know . The front desk ladies are very quick and attentive and my nurse was the best nurse ever ! I regret not remembering her name because she was the star of the show. She did the consultation that took 2 hours and we had a great time talking and going through the benefits of lasik. It was a great experience, I will always recommend Corner stone eye associates.
Challenging layout, greens are fast and firm, rarely a flat lie. Tee boxes are a little rough on some holes. But a great value and a fun challenge.

I have my whole house changed out with Pace windows and doors. When we first got their quote, along with their lifetime warranty, I could not believe the lifetime warranty. They truly stand up to that reputation of lifetime warranty. I had come to my house for only a few minor issues and they responded professionally. I cannot think of a better place to purchase windows from. Again, thank you Pace for being there when we needed you.
