I had an eye exam and bought new glasses just over a year ago. I went in today to look at new glasses and set up an exam. I explained to Adam that my glasses were scratched up pretty bad. He took them in the shop and used an acid cleaner on them. They’re like new again! I was so happy! Adam has helped us out a lot over the years. Customer service is A plus ! It’s great to see they retain great employees like Adam
We regularly go to a non-Walmart vision center, but its dr. recently had a heart attack & is having surgery, leading to a backlog of appts. for customers. Most of its staff has quit. My husband already had an eye exam there in Feb., 2022. On 9/28, after the E.R. put him on a week of Prednisone, he began having intermittent double vision. Our chiropractor suggested we stop in at Walmart. Dr. Patel was booked, but agreed to give Mark an exam during the dr.'s lunchtime! Diagnosis: Eyes, healthy, giving Mark great relief! Dr. told Mark to come back for a dilation exam if the issue continues. Intermittently, it has. Yesterday Mark was diagnosed with Lyme's disease. His PCP. recommended that he go back for a complete eye exam w/dilation (since he won't be driving). Just now I called this vision center, receiving a polite, quick, caring, affirmative reply! Which we so much appreciate! We cannot say enough good things about this vision center's Dr. Patel & staff! Our regular vision center, since Covid, has us waiting a month or longer for an appt., tho' it's opticians & optometrist are excellent at what they do. The other staff keeps changing.
