I can’t say enough amazing things about Jewel at Vestal Veterinary Hospital. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. You can truly tell she cares deeply about the animals she works with, and that kind of compassion makes all the difference.
She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine warmth the way she does.

I can't say how grateful enough I am to Vestal's veterinarian hospital. This is the one place that I can count on and trust for the proper care of my loved pets. With much appreciation thank you.
My dog was seen at Vestal Veterinary urgent care today. From the moment I reached out to the office this morning, until the time we left, the staff at vestal vet have met me (and my boy boozer!) with compassion, hope, help and amazing care. They listened, took their time, were realistic and came up with a treatment we could manage. Dr. Suzanne and Leah are absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much!
