I am not one of her clients. But I called on a Saturday to see if she was accepting new "patients." I explained the situation with my 16 year old cat who is a diabetic and was at a different vet the day before with a emergency visit. I was up all night with Toby, my cat, and very upset and concerned. The Cat Doctor answered the phone and probably spent a half hour on the phone with me. I felt so much better. I wish she was taking new patients because I would bring Toby to her immediately. I want to thank her so much for her taking her time with me when I am not even one of her clients. I think the world of her and never met her in person

I absolutely love Dr Sobel and so do my Ragdolls. She is very loving with my babies and very informative with me. I am a very very picky cat mom and I trust her. She is also the most reasonably priced in the Southern Tier. It's worth the drive to their new location.

The incredible Vets and Staff took amazing care of our very sick cat.Dr Sobol and Dr Pace are highly skilled and amazing human beings. The complete staff are very caring. We had excellent communication on our cats progress. Beautiful, clean facilities.We are so grateful to be part of The Cat Doctor Family.
