Ended up waiting 30 min past myappointment time because they “forgot to print me out.” Considering seeing a different office, as wait times are usually at least 15-20 min. The disregard for my time is very upsetting.

Such amazing care! From the front desk, to the nurse assistant, to the lab tech. Most importantly from Emily B. - NP. Excellence in care.! Emily was compassionate, thoughtful, thorough but most importantly, she was kind! A wonderful mix of a gifted provider and a lovely human! Thank you Emily!

Pros and cons. I really liked Allison M. I wouldn’t take anything away from her. She listened to my concerns and seemed to genuinely want to help. She ordered blood work and sent a referral for an ENT for my ear problem. However I never heard anything back from that. Luckily the problem subsided on its own. Her nurse was really great too. She was down to earth and easy to talk to. On the contrary, the receptionists I dealt with weren’t the warm or welcoming type. That was disappointing.
