Cooks did a job at the property we rent at today. We had no idea they were even scheduled to come. If it hadn't been for the noise I'd never have known they were there. I pre-started my car as I have small children and it's very hot. Had no idea they were initially blocking the driveway. By time we came out less than 10 minutes later they had already moved. Everything was picked up you can barely tell they were here. Very nice and 1 young man even briefly said hi and was nice to the princess who was in our driveway lol. Cook's did a great job removing 3 trees and trimming more than 10 tall oaks near our home. Difficult conditions for sure, some areas were not easy to access and many limbs overhung the house and deck - they handled it well and had all the right equipment. Stumps were ground flush and they left everything super clean and nothing was damaged. The arborist leading the crew took time to inform me on the health of the trees I did want to keep and gave me great tips for future care / what to watch out for.
As a new home owner it felt great to have such a solid experience with contracting a tree service company and it's a relief to know who to call... read full review
