After subzero temperatures and the furnace in our house not being able to keep up with heating, we decided to call Tri-County to ask for help. Bill responded quickly and made it to our house within an hour or so to take a look. Many people were experiencing issues due to the weather with their heating systems so this quick response time was so appreciated. The problem was quickly fixed and we were up and running again. Not only did he fix the problem but took the time to look over many other aspects of our heating system both inside and outside of the home. This extra time and effort made us aware of some changes we could make to improve the effectiveness of our system. The repair took place on a Saturday and with high demand for maintenance but the price we were charged was MORE THAN REASONABLE. Had a small problem with my furnace and Charlie came on the same day that I called. He answered all my questions and did not leave until furnace was working properly. I am always happy with the professionalism from him and the staff there. New update. May2021. Just had new furnace installed. Once again,I am so impressed with the professionalism of all associated with Tri-County. The guys were awesome. Super friendly and answered all my questions. They did a wonderful job and you would never know they were here because work area was spotless when they left. Still highly recommend this company.
