First time hearing of not checking insurance , they don’t use email, and sometimes phone not working or receiving a call if you are using Tmobile/Verizon etc.??? 0 star! No wonder 2.8 rating!

The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and go out of their way to be accommodating. Wait times are nonexistent. Dr. Wignarajah is thorough, incredibly knowledgable, and collaborative. Great dr and a great practice—very glad to have found them!

The staff are deeply incompetent and rude. I was told that my procedure would be scheduled by this office have been waiting on a follow up for 6 months. Only to find out that the appointment was never scheduled and my health has most likely declined due to them dropping the ball. What made it worse is that the Nurse Arelia Cummings yelled, spoke over me and hung up on me when I expressed my frustration with this offices lack of empathy. Anyone with a hint of dignity and self respect would find a different doctors office. These people are a disgrace to the medical field.
