Make an appointment in advance and you will get everything you want. Yunhee is an INCREDIBLE nail tech and a wonderful person. All the cry babies in the reviews giving 1 star are people who walk into a very small business when they have never been there before and are demanding. This place is an incredibly small salon with only two techs working at a time. They are always booked days in advance. This is not the shop to walk in and say “I need two mani pedis right now” and not have an appointment. Go to one of those nail factories for something like that… not a well run small business. There's a problem every time I go here. Whether I get skipped in line or there's no one to do acrylics after I've been waiting 30 minutes or whether I want a spa mani but am given a lotion glove instead. I tip well, I'm polite but still the owner tells me what she's doing instead of listening to what services I want. My pedicures last a week, my manicures last all of 3 days. This is a last minute place for when I have no time and need something done quickly.
