“After the previous plumber (not Pride Services) who provided and installed my kitchen faucet made multiple failed attempts to stop it from leaking into the cabinet below, I contacted Pride Services. Their technician, Ali, arrived promptly (preceded by a text that he was on the road) and, after I described the ongoing leak and he examined the existing faucet, Ali was able to show me that the interior faucet line had small holes in it. He patiently answered my questions as to what he would recommend and then ordered a replacement. The new faucet was available by mid-afternoon and Ali picked it up and came and installed it. It has been working perfectly and I am very pleased with the faucet and the customer care provided by Ali and Pride Services. It is such a relief to have had an accurate diagnosis and solution to what was an ongoing problem for months.“

“I have an old house in Queens with crazy windows in the front. We never had A/C & this Summer i had ENOUGH! While calling around for estimates Max from LINLI was kind enough to Google my address & gave me the best quote. It seems that LINLI & WT Heating work together. I requested an in home assessment & the recommendation was adjusted upward based upon my future needs. Their price was still MUCH better than anyone else I called. I decided to use them & I am thrilled!!!! Two men arrived & went right to work! They answered all my questions & placed each unit where I wanted them. They also cleaned up & carried away the debris. They demonstrated how to use the units & how to clean the filters. We've had our system now for 3 months. I could not be more pleased. “Update: Units installed April 2024 Previously had five wall mounted AC units. Switched to six Carrier mini split units as part of extension and other renovations. July 6 - August 6 PSEG usage was 31.5% lower than same time last year. August 6 - September 6 PSEG usage was 40% lower than same time last year. This is in spite of adding a second back up refrigerator in the basement. Great investment in our home!“

“We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Because they were so friendly, professional, and affordable, we signed up for their maintenance program. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. Even though we’ve come to know him, Proactive still sends us a picture of him before the appointment. We very much appreciate that level of safety. We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They are always extremely responsive, setting up appointments is easy, and they are *GASP* always on time. They even confirm when they are near via text. We see them once in the fall, and once in the spring, and never in between because our system just works!“
