“Westwood Flooring & Design Center refinished my parents’ almost 30 year old floor that had gaps, squeaks, and yellowish oil based poly coat and I can’t describe how gorgeous it came out. It’s so smooth, quiet, and looks like brand new! Theo and Val were detail oriented and worked tirelessly all day! They were so pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions while they worked. You can tell they take pride in their work. Marcos at the Elmsford location (they have several locations) gave me the estimate, told me what to expect and was very professional. They covered the kitchen area and cabinets but there were hardly any dust to begin with. They left the floors and surrounding areas spotless. They remodeled my kitchen, including the cabinets, countertops, sink, floor, and paint. They even built a small island that has now become the highlight of our kitchen. Danny responded promptly as soon as I posted my project and followed up in a timely manner whenever I had any questions or requested changes in the project. He provided us with a detailed estimate that we modified as needed. He helped us stay within our allocated budget by offering alternatives to our initial plans. They made it very easy for us to live in the apartment while the work was being done, taking every precaution to contain dust and dirt. At the end of each workday, they used a large vacuum to ensure everything was clean, allowing us to access the kitchen without tracking dirt around. The work was completed in three weeks, as Danny had estimated, despite our continual additions. We aimed for a clean, sleek, and easy-to-maintain look, and they absolutely nailed it. I will not hesitate to reach out to Kitchen Champion again for any other remodeling projects in our apartment.“

Ben was very responsive and communicative and especially patient with me as we had many iterations of looking through samples and changing my mind before finally deciding on a runner as well as binding material and color. Ben provided valuable guidance and expertise in differentiating between fabrics, designs and manufacturers. He was also very fairly priced as I spoke with multiple other stores as well. On the day of installation, Ben was hands-on making sure to oversee the installation and provide further input. He was even able to utilize leftover material for an additional staircase and 2 area rugs in my home! I will continue to recommend Ben and Woven Art Studio to my friends, colleagues and clients!“

He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls. His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take. He also gave guidance on what is needed, and what stains would look good in order to match existing floors. Donald and his team did a fantastic job bringing the floor back to life! Donald was also ver helpful when picking colors to match the antique banister to our staircase. They also did a magnificent job doing meticulous touch ups on said banister to really bring out the original stain and alsoeliminating imperfections caused over time. Tony immediately stood out from the pack due to his construction knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail and honesty. He produced detailed estimate in a reasonable time, while others didn’t.
