The week before Christmas 2025, our furnace went, being it was 20 years old we figured now is a good time to get it replaced with a new one. We called M&R on a Thursday morning and Thursday later afternoon it was installed along with everything for a new central air system too as that was 20 years old. I would highly recommend M&R. They were here very fast and the men that were working here were great. When they left you would have never known anyone was here working. They were recommended to us by numerous friends and we are so happy we went with them.

So two nights ago our air conditioner stopped working and we started smelling something like burning wires. Its been horrible without air in this very hot weather . We called one person but never got a call back so we called M&R and they came today to repair it. I cant remember the mans name but he was the nicest guy ever. He explained everything so I could understand what happened to it . My dog approved of him too lol. Dont hesitate to call them for your ac and heating issues
