I asked for the line to be raised 6 foot off the roof of house for an addition. I was told power would be off for 1 hour. He came out and didn't have enough wire. Left for a while. Then had someone bring him supplies he didn't have. The bill was $1500. I argued and they dropped it to $1234. I was out of power for 4 hours. I got the bill 11 months later. Not professional at all!
