I manage a small business in Rome NY and I had two other HVAC companies work on our commercial air handler and tell us it was unfixable. One of the companies installed a motor to run backwards while trying to fix it which caused it to freeze up and cause water damage. The other company told us the unit was shot and wanted to sell us a brand new one.As a long shot I called Anchor and they sent out a very knowledgeable Technician the same day. He found the motor that was incorrectly installed by the first company and fixed the overall problem! Anchor saved us thousands of dollars!
