Keith and his team at Brucker's Home Improvement delivered a stellar job from start to finish. Fast, efficient, on time, and great communication throughout. Addressed an issue where rubber roof met slate shingles. All other companies I contacted wanted a complete rip and redo to the tune of five figures. I set appointment up online , she was waiting for me when I walked in , we discussed what I wanted and she talked to me about it every step , she would ask if I needed more thinning and talked to me about what products would work best for my hair . I live in little falls, but Herkimer had no availability.. I will definitely go back to Utica

My daughter wanted her hair colored and cut. It was during a wicked snow storm of course but at the last minute we were able to get an appointment the same day. When we arrived we were welcomed as if we've been customers for years. We loved every minute of the appointment and my daughter absolutely LOVED her hair. It was so pretty. I was also very happy about the pricing too. Very reasonable and didn't charge outrageous like most salons do!! 10 out of 10 recommend for every aspect of this place!!

Absolutely amazing experience today with Justin, brought my 4 year old selective mutism son in today for his very first not-mommy hair cut. Justin was patient and kind, talked with him just like he would with any other child and treated him with kindness. The haircut is absolutely amazing and he gave him the whole works. I’m so grateful!

This shop is packed full of talent and skill. Shawn’s ability to lay black and grey and have it come alive on your skin is impeccable. I send all my friends and family, even my own kids, to him for all their tattoo wants. The facility is spotless and it’s obvious that cleanliness and care are tantamount here. All around excellent experience.
I took my daughter here to get a small tattoo of a heart on her ear, but I also made an appointment to get my tattoo done as well. We will see how it turns out.

My mother had work done by Suad and referred me to them. She was very pleased with them. I have had a variety of work done including flooring, painting, plumbing issue resolved and some drywall work.
