We recently purchased a heat pump system. Michael Connor, the sales rep was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, provided the necessary information to help us make the best choice for us, and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy we decided to choose Stan Gelber & Sons for our new heating and cooling system.
Our 7 year old AC suddenly stopped working on a recent hot weekend. I was about to call another firm to repair it when I recalled it was installed by Stan Gelber and still covered under their 10 year parts warranty. A gentleman named Chet (Chester) showed up and he promptly evaluated the situation by doing all sorts of tests and then found the broken parts. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and explanation of what occurred.
The reason I was about to use a competitor is because when I did my oil to gas conversion I tried to get Stan Gelber to offer me a price but after calling three times they never reached out. So I left them and went elsewhere. ... read full review
Had a replacement central air system installed today. First one from Stan Gelbar lasted 24 years, average life is 15 years.
Oscar, Adam and Orlando arrived on time and completed the job faster then estimated. Everything is working well. They were neat, used drop clothes and took everything with them when they left. I hardly knew they were here.
