Our whole house A/C was replaced by SG&S about 7 years ago. The system works great. This was our first service call and they came as soon as they could. The Technician know what he was doing and solved the problem within a half hour. From our first call to the office to the field, everyone was pleasant to deal with and knew their stuff. We were kept informed by text, which was also very convenient. Don't hesitate to use them!!
Oscar and the team did an amazing job removing our 35 year old gas boiler and hot water and heater and replacing with a whole new system. Oscar and the team were professional, kind and on time. He explained all the newness in the system. What everything was and how things got updated. The system looks way more organized then the previous and looking forward to using it in the winter.
Every technician I’ve encountered is professional courtesy, and on time. They offer good equipment and excellent service. Any issues are always handled professionally and promptly. Bobby the service manager has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
