Just had a new oil burner and hot water tank installed by Barry and Matt. They are dedicated installers for SOS. The workmanship was excellent ! ( I performed the tasks they did for 28 years) Courteous and professional during the entire process.

9/4/2024 Michael K. returned today for my annual tune-up. Prompt, efficient, neat and courteous as always. With a clean "bill of health" I feel very confident about the upcoming winter season. Many thanks.
4\3\2024 I required an urgent service call due to having no heat or hot water. Beatrice took the call in the morining and Michael K. arrived that afternoon. The problem turned out to be simple enough (some faulty wiring), which Michael handled easily, but he then took some additional time to speak to me about a secondary I've been having with heat control throughout the house. Adding to my earlier review (which I should have dated since it was probably years ago; I"m not very good at remembering to write reviews!) We had preventive maintenance done on our system by a tech named Josh. He was terrific! Josh went right to work and brought our system up to snuff for the upcoming heating season (who knows? Perhaps we will actually have a winter!) Josh arrived exactly when expected and provided helpful advice about our system - like having it flushed (likely a good idea given that our water does leave a residue). We will probably take Josh's advice and have that done in the autumn. Oh, and last note -... read full review
