The process was straightforward. Dr. was respectful, transparent, and willing to discuss any of our concerns. It's taken me some time to write this, but I am thankful for the experience in-home. Getting our boy's remains was a quick turn-around and hassle-free. In home euthanasia is not cheap, but Zen Dog is moderately priced. I recommend if this is an option.
Dr Ray was so compassion and understanding while we said our goodbyes. The gentleness that he showed our dog as well as us was incredible. He truly understood how difficult it was to put our beloved dog to sleep.
I can’t recommend Dr. Ray enough. Fast communication, very detailed and transparent website/pricing, and just extraordinarily nice human being to work with for one of the hardest things any pet parent will ever have to do. He helped my ailing tabby, Dinger (“a home run in baseball”—husband’s naming idea) make a peaceful, dignified transition in our home, on my lap, with as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I will never take another pet to the vet to be euthanized, this was so much gentler and humane. Thank you so much, Dr. Ray….
