I want to give a homeowner's personal recommendation for Lowe's Soft Water Service, from Trumansburg.

They recently installed a new water softener for me, it was extremely reasonably priced, and they have been very responsive to the couple of calls I've made with them to followup with that installation.

My experience with Lowe's Soft Water has been above and beyond every other company I've done business with in the Ithaca area as a homeowner. Really standup people, all of them.

WOW - outstanding service and products. We had a water softening system replaced and have not had better water the entire time we lived here. Very professional and timely. Did not wait endlessly on call back - quick to provide estimate and installation. Honest, knowledgable and skilled. Would recommed 100% without reservation. Excellent service. They installed an ozone system to remove a sulfur odor. Their system is simple and chemical free. We had 2 other companies evaluate and they recommended larger systems with chemicals and a much, much higher cost. I would definitely recommend.
