While there have been some bad apples staff wise in the past, currently, I have found the Health Center very good.Location is very convenient, receptionists are nice, Dr. Romanoff is excellent as she does believe in natural medicine, takes time to listen & very personable personality.Occasionally, the wait is long but generally reasonable.

The doctors aren't bad but the branches need to have individual phone lines. The Albany branch doesn't know what they are talking about. They told me MY PRIMARY doctor WAS an intern and no longer works there. Sorry, but first of all, it's her office, she is not an intern. Second of all, I walked over there, she was literally with a patient. I scheduled it in office with the receptionist, because this is just ridiculous. They don't usually allow you to schedule in office but she understood my situation. This is NOT the first time the Albany office has tried to lie to me, or had false information, about my doctor.
