I highly recommend and will call Dupree for any future issues. He is professional, knowledgeable, answers questions and reasonable. I had no heat, his response was prompt. Highly recommend !

10/10 reached out on Tuesday he came Wednesday figured out the issue and had the part ordered and ready Thursday! Zay was so professional and informative and definitely helped keep my mind at ease with the issue at hand. Response time was top tier. Wore overshoe slips inside the house which was not necessary but overly appreciated. Will use again if any problems arise!

Zay is professional, prompt, and as responsive as can be. I called for a failing furnace, and he showed up and fixed the problem quicker than I could imagine. Could not recommend more.
