im way overdue writing this. i have trouble with my hands. i am a tenant in troy ny. my landlord sent a repairman to fix heater. the first guy from another company left and didnt fix the heat. my landlord found your company mike b. was sent the next day. he was great. he explained the problem and fixed it he even found the part that had been ordered from other guy was the problem and he fixed it. i had heat again and this had been during that horrible cold spell in wintertime. mike was wonderful. he was professional and very kind and patient with an old lady. i am recommending him to everyone i know. your company took care of this and i thank you but especially mike....read full review

Professional, quick response to a no heat call, Mike (Service Tech) diagnosed the problem quickly and had the heat back on within an hour. Overall it was a very customer friendly experience. I will definitely be using Bold Heating again.Service: Heating system maintenance
