Anatomie is by far the best boutique fitness in the Capital Region! I've tried them all, I can confidently say that. Eileen and Pat (& staff) make you feel so welcomed from your first visit. They have created an incredible community of like minded people who are beyond inspiring and supportive. I've gotten through some very tough times because of their classes and encouragement.

A gorgeous workout facility with experienced and talented instructors. The owners are so passionate and invested. It is a most welcoming place and community and they are not afraid to kick butt on the daily!

You always walk away from their classes feeling like it was the best investment you made all day. I love the environment and the heated yoga classes when your muscles need a break from the previous day's workout. The best part of anatomie is how welcome Eileen and Patrick make everyone feel, regardless of your fitness level.
