Christy helped heal my feet twice in a two week span that I was suffering plantar fasciitis for approximately eight months. I don't feel any pain when pressing on my feet while walking anymore! Michael has been cutting my hair for years but this new location really lets him blossom. He provides pretty much any hair related service and the space here allows him to do that professionally while providing the highest standard in quality and comfort. He's a well seasoned celebrity hair stylist, having worked in tv and film for the last 20+ years and it's a real treat having someone of his caliber here in Troy. Michael, the owner & hair stylist is wonderful! I went to Espirit back in the 90's. I had to stop because of my back issues and it was too long a ride for me from Scotia. My back is better now and I'm traveling from Guilderland so, I called Michael about a year ago and once again I'm very happy with my hair.
Mary was able to get me in quick, same day. I had to cut off my dead ends, which ended up being a lot more length than I thought. She did her best to keep as much length as she could, while adding some layers. I did have to go back a few days later to have some of the layers adjusted, which she also got me in quickly and didn't charge me for. She has an affordable price, and is fun to chat with while getting the cut!
Had a great first appointment with Dee recently. She was very nice and we had a lovely conversation the whole time. My hair came out exactly how I had requested and the atmosphere in the salon was relaxing and well kept. The adorable greeter dogs did a wonderful job as well!

Met with Mr. Rowland today for a trim before the holidays. Service was quick, the haircut was precise, and Mr. Rowland was welcoming and personable. After he finished putting alcohol on my head and neck he said "There you go Rude Boy..." I was like "How do you know I'm a Rude Boy?" And he started laughing. Then said "I got friends... I know island people!" ? Cheers to Styles Upon Styles! Mr. Rowland is available everyday except Sunday from 10am-5pm.
Outstanding veteran staff with DECADES of experience. This business has serviced the RPI community for over 50 years. Reading these reviews, it saddens me that the hundreds of satisfied customers who fill the appointment calendars of this well established business don't take the time to come on line and acknowledge the stylists who run Campus Unisex. Instead, we only get to read angry reviews from students trolling the business.

Johnny is a consummate professional. I told him what I have tried, what I liked and what I wanted. He gave me some pointers and a great haircut and didn't make me look like Kim Jong Un lol .If you're in the area, or not, get yourself an appointment. They also sell some awesome products....and there was a Dog ! Who can beat that? No one !

I came in with a photo of the nails I wanted and they made it look exactly like the picture. The staff was very friendly and detail oriented. They were absolutely wonderful! I'm never going to any other place again.
I've gone twice, Leon and Lily both did a fantastic job. I'm a construction worker and my ANC dipped nails have lasted with no breaks. They also did my 85 yr old moms nails and she loved them!

I was lucky enough to work with the Vibe Beauty Team for my wedding after my original hair & makeup artist canceled a few months before our wedding. If I could go back, I would have gone with the Vibe team from the start! Jess and Kevin were so incredible to work with, making me and my bridesmaids and mother in law feel so comfortable. I had never gotten my hair or makeup professionally done prior to my wedding, and Jess made me feel so beautiful with natural makeup where I felt like myself and Kevin did such an incredible job with my hair, I was so speechless! I cannot recommend the Vibe Beauty Team enough for wedding day hair and makeup services and I will definitely use them again for any future event needs!!

Our well pump failed at 8:25pm. we called our well guy and they were closed-we called quest and they called us back by 8:30 and were here by 9am the following day. we were up and working by 1. wonderful company and Christian was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
We had a great experience working with Al. Was responsive and came right out to do the job. A few months later we were ready on our end to have them back for the second phase of the project and it was completed the following day. Can’t say enough good things everything was done clean and professional.
Jerry does excellent work with high attention to detail. We recently bought a ~100-year-old house and called Grounded Electric to update/change a few outlets and install ceiling fixture boxes in three bedrooms. Jerry's work was so precise that we did not even have to touch up the paint on our ceilings after he cut in from above to install the boxes! Every outlet and lightswitch he installed was also perfectly flush and level - details that are highly appreciated having seen much less precise work in past places we've lived. We will definitely be calling him again as we continue to update our home.

From the time we contacted BDD to the time they started the work was 3 weeks. This was an outstanding time line to get the work started. The work flow was great and the crew never stopped working and completed the work in 3 days. The workers were very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

What a great experience and end result! The Pearl Landscaping team called me back the same day I reached out on their website. From there Dave stopped by and helped me complete the vision I had for the back yard landscaping project. Dave consulted me on many different options while always looking for ways to get what I wanted while keeping ways to lower costs in mind. The finished job was done so much faster than I had expected and came out so much better than I had originally imagined. These guys are incredible.
Gallivan designed and built our backyard pool/hot tub hardscape and landscape, including beautifully addressing a side yard slope that several other local companies didn’t even want to attempt. The design process with Carl through construction - I cannot imagine loving it more. Fast forward 6 years and we use Gallivan for our spring cleanup. Maggie proactively identifies and addresses anything needing remediation when she quotes the work, even things we don’t see, and gets it done. The crew does a phenomenal job, trimming each shrubs just as I want them, edging perfectly and mulching everything properly. We’d never use anyone else. In fact, we had the neighborhood landscape company that everyone uses also quote the cleanup work this year - Gallivan is NOT more expensive, they just make your yard look that way. You can truly see the difference.
Was satisfied with the care I received during my recent visit. My only complaint is the length of time between cleanings if they’re supposed to be within six months.
I had been experiencing a dental issue for over a month and it had been progressively getting worse. Got to the point where it was unbearable. Called the office on a saturday morning and they were able to take care of the issue that same morning. I couldn't be more thankful of the service they provided.

Brunswick Vet Hospital has been absolutely incredible in taking care of my dog, Goofy. Goofy was a little nervous at first, but their gentle and compassionate approach put him at ease right away. The veterinarians took the time to thoroughly explain every part of his treatment, addressing all of my concerns with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about Goofy’s well-being, treating him as if he were their own pet. When our dog collapsed in the park, we had no idea what was wrong. Miller got us in quickly and got to the bottom of his heart condition. They provided excellent care and were honest about his prognosis, without pushing us to make any decisions regarding his care. The doctors and staff at Miller always went the extra mile to take our phone calls or get back to us quickly if we left a voicemail. We are so appreciative to have worked with Miller Animal Hospital.

We had to put our 15 yr old cat to rest. We had never been to this vet before as we recently moved to Troy. I must say, their level of compassion and respect is unbelievable. About a week after I picked up his ashes, I received a card from the them that everyone in the office had signed. I never in all my years of saying goodbye to beloved pets have I received a sympathy card from the vet staff. I look forward to a long relationship with this vet with our other 2 boys. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Olivia is incredible. I've seen a lot of massage therapists over the years, and she's among the very best. Beyond her skill and intuitiveness as a therapist, she's just a warm, caring human being. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Gwen is fantastic! I have been seeing her consistently for signature and deep tissue massages for a few years now. She is kind, and lovely, and very attentive. She will happily adjust pressure to deeper or lighter work based on your comfort level and personal preference.
Recently I started seeing her biweekly for prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy and cannot recommend this more as a first time mom. She has so much experience with prenatal massage (and is a mother herself) knowing which pressure points to avoid throughout the pregnancy. I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable in my changing body throughout my pregnancy than I would have without our regular sessions. She has also provided me with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations on how to manage and get rid of my aches and pains outside of our sessions as well. I have made many adjustments to my every day life based on her recommendations and can see and feel a big difference.
