I love this place.My son and I are always welcomed with a smile from the receptionist. Very kind woman.Always professional and we are treated very well by all staff. Thank you all so much. You are appreciated.
I have been going to Value Vision in Tonawanda for years and always receive excellent service. Although I only go once annually for my exam and contacts they always remember me and make me feel comfortable and appreciated.
Staff there is wonderful and took great care of me. I fell down and broke my brand new glasses and they immediately replaced them with no charge by the next morning with even nicer frames than my original pair! I was extremely satisfied! The receptionist there is always so incredibly above and beyond friendly and helpful! I love this place! I highly recommend them!!!!!
