This 24 hour laundromat did not disappoint. I arrived around 9:30pm on a weekday and this place was empty. My introvert self was ecstatic and was pleasantly pleased to see everything clean and tidy.
Pat is by far the best thing about Top Shelf Laundromat. Pat asked my name the first time we met. Even though I don't go often, she has addressed me by my name every time she sees me. I have always appreciated that. The only issue I've ever had at this place is another customer breaking into a conversation Pat was having while disparaging Pat and the content of that conversation. This customer stated she was taking her business elsewhere. I hope, permanently.
Best place for laundry! Clean environment, clean machines, Great Staff (Pat)! Prices are great, easy to use app to pay, and comfortable places to sit while clothes are being washed/dried. Haven’t tried the wash and fold services- but I’ve witnessed the staff washing and folding clothes neatly and with care for the items they are caring for. A+++++
