“Showed up on time to my appointment & the deadbolt was locked. After a few rings they answered their phone, I said I was outside, then I was hung up on. I waited a bit in my car, then drove home. After I was home I received a text my therapist had arrived. I didn't know if that meant I should come back, so I texted back and continued to call, I received no answer from either means.Extremely disappointing considering I rarely have the free time to get a massage and try to make them part of a (now ruined) wellness day.Edit: Owner has worked to re-schedule my appointment. Will update again after appointment!Edit (2): I went back to have a massage with Ashley and it was incredible. 10/10 would recommend“

“I can't recommend Acupuncture Works enough! I have 4 herniated discs in my neck, and dealt with severe pain for months. After seeing a chiropractor regularly and trying any other method I could find, I decided to try acupuncture - I am so glad I did. Dr. Jean is a lifesaver. I firmly believe this is what finally got rid of my neck pain. Dr. Jean is attentive, empathetic, and she took the time to really listen to my situation before explaining how acupuncture will work to address it. “10/10 recommend this salon for a deep tissue massage! I have seen Zena about 4 times now and every time is amazing. I deal with chronic shoulder and back pain and Zena does a detailed job working on all of the extremely deep knots I have; She just not just skip over the difficult ones. Chronic pain is not only physically debilitating, but mentally as well — and Zena is empathetic and legitimizes my pain which always leaves me feeling more level headed.It was difficult for me to find someone who could go as deep as I needed to reach my pain points, and Zena does just that (which feels like a medical massage). That being said, I wish I could run it through my insurance since I go to her as if she’s a doctor lol.Yes, you are mandated to wear a mask, however she is very kind about it and wearing one is truly no big deal. You don’t even notice it’s on. If anything, it makes you feel more comforted (like a face hug lol).In addition, the front desk staff are personable and friendly — so it’s always a wonderful experience from start to end. I am really appreciative for getting to work with someone who really validates how physically and emotionally taxing it can be to live in pain.“
