Front desk was very polite, masseuse was very good and polite and was able to provide the level of pressure I prefer (very firm). This is a traditional Asian massage - lots of very firm pressure point work and muscle manipulation. Not for the faint of heart. This is body work, not a fluffy spa massage. Exactly what I wanted!!! One weird thing is that there are no private rooms, just curtained beds, so I could hear other guests, but it didn’t bother me.“
