I had a little trouble but all good businesses will make mistakes. What makes them stand out is how they handle the problem. The fellow that attended me was very polite and friendly. He communicated well. The problem was that I had my key cut. Before leaving, I was going to check it in my door to be sure it was a good fit but it was raining hard and it did fit in the ignition so I thought it should be ok. When I got home I tried the key in the door. It didn't go in. Ugh. So I went back and found out that the door's lock was bad from when the door was replaced by a body shop years ago. I lost my spare key fob for my car, so I needed to get a spare one remade. Woman who did it had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Redkey charged me $275 plus tax when dealer wanted $400 plus tax. Well worth the savings.

My truck was stolen. Thieves abandoned truck and took key fobs. Push button start requires fobs. Red key agen̈t deprogrammed old fobs. Programed and provided 2 new fobs. Amazing work fast and efficient.
