Judy, the front desk receptionist was excellent. My last visit was Friday, November 8, 2024. I always feel well taken care of by the optometrist/ophthalmologist/and also the customer care people that help you find and pay for glasses/contacts. Sure I recommend this place! Thank you.

I was very happy with my experience here. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wasn't kept waiting long. I got helpful advice on the frame I liked. Also they have very reasonable prices.

Planned to stop in for replacement lenses (old script) but it had expired by a week or so. I used PTO and was a little stressed, but the technician (?) who does the pre-testing caught that I was having some anxiety with the noise level at reception. She went in the back and was able to squeeze me in for a same day eye exam. After pre-tests were done she let me sit in the back away from the noise while waited for the Dr. I never had anyone be so aware and attentive to me in that manner. It meant so much. I believe her name was Nancy. Everyone there was friendly. I live in west seneca but I'll drive back out there for them.
