I had taken the day off work so I could wait on a Sears technician to come and fix my dryer, but around 2 PM they rescheduled my appointment to the following day. I was angry and didn't want to have to take more time off just for them to possibly end up rescheduling me again, so I looked online for another repairman and found Dillon. When I told him about my experience with Sears, he offered to come out within an hour despite being pretty late in the afternoon already.Dillon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and brought parts to replace my dryer's broken ones with him so he was able to repair the dryer immediately. My washer needed fixing and I called Dillon for service. He called me back quickly and was able to come the same day to repair my machine. Very neat, super efficient, diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly. What a lucky find! Thanks Dillon!

Dillon is super friendly and very professional. He showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washer. I would definitely call him again, and I would recommend his services to anyone having issues!
