“I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the ducts and carpets cleaned since the previous owners had pets. Cleanway came highly recommended, and Doug was very thorough in explaining the process when I called him to get an estimate. The job was able to be scheduled for later in the same week, and Shane and Shawn arrived promptly as scheduled. They did a great job cleaning out the ducts, and were careful with taping off the vents as they cleaned each one, so no debris escaped. They showed me before and after pictures, and I could definitely see a significant difference! The carpets looked a lot better after they finished with those as well, and my house smells much cleaner now than it did before (with residual pet smells prior to the cleaning).“

“While they LITERALLY just left, I’m entirely impressed with the service. I called last night saying I needed a carpet cleaned from our elderly dog destroying one of our rooms, and they came this morning, were extremely respectful of the rest of the house and cleaned it to look like a new rug. Will definitely be using them again for other rooms in the house. I wish I had taken before pictures because there were pet stains I couldn’t scrub with all my might to get out and the rug looks brand new!“

“Our sump pump went and flooded our basement and ruined lots of things including our finished part of the basement. After the plumber finished his job, he recommended Green Genie for the cleanup. I called them immediately and they were at my house within an hour and this was a Sunday afternoon with a Bills game scheduled. Ray assessed the situation and told me what would be done starting the next day. Brian and his crew (Marc, Quinton, Big Brandon and Dion) showed up Monday and explained what would happen. By Wednesday at 11:30am they were done. They took pictures for insurance purposes and Brian stressed that I call them if anything is wrong. The carpeting and the furniture that was damaged was removed and taken away by them, they did not leave it on the curb for garbage day. Nice guys, they were careful. Very pleased with them in what is a stressful situation for the homeowner. I highly recommend Green Genie for any type of cleanup.“

“Outstanding team. These techs are timely, friendly and thorough. It was a big job that took several hours because I hadn’t had the furnace vents cleaned in over 40 years. They showed me a pic of the interior bedroom vent, and I was stunned at the level of lint, dust, dander and misc debris. Now, my home smells so clean and fresh. They also cleaned the dryer vent which was almost completely blocked with hardened lint. The dryer itself was stuffed with a dangerous level of lint in spite of routine lint screen cleaning between each load. It is amazing how much faster the clothes dry now. I highly recommend the Capitano team, and I will definitely have them back again in a year for a redo. Prior to leaving, they saw my disabled husband struggle with a non-related repair and took over and got it done quickly. These gentleman get it and care. I’m so grateful that I selected these professionals.“
