Not too long ago,I was struck with the unfortunate reality that my Playstation 5 was not working as it once was. I took it to Mike, which turned out to be the best decision. Mike at Czone was not only able to fix my HDMI port, but he cleaned the entire system, explained the issues to me, how to avoid them in the future, and most importantly, he didn’t give up when the repair got tough. The repair was done right when he said it would be and for a reasonable & fair price. I wholeheartedly believe that if I had taken my console to a big-name corporation it would still be broken, and I likely would’ve had to pay more. Big thanks to Mike!

Ahh!! CZONE!! Where do I start. First, Michael the owner actually answered the phone when I called. That today is amazing and refreshing. He listen carefully and quickly helped. My hard drive on my PC Computer died. I was in severe panic mode. Michael was tentative and showed interest immediately. He even came to my house a few hours later to check my computer out and took it back to his shop. Michael is very knowledgeable. He explained what I needed, the price, and said he could have it back to me later that same evening. Are you kidding me (I thought) that's incredible. Yes, please! Above and beyond reasonable. My name is James. I came here to get my PS5 cleaned and I got more than just that. I don’t know how to properly explain what Mike did but the results are amazing. He’s very friendly but also informative too. I’m glad I didn’t go to asurion for this, at CZONE I received actual respect and knowledge from someone who knows what they are doing. If you’re reading this Mike, I just want to say thank you for your help. If I need any other of my electronics fixed I know now where to go.
