Angelica is AMAZING!!! I am a Black woman with a dark brown skin tone. I went to Angelica to get permanent makeup for my eyebrows. Saying I am delighted is an understatement. Angelica was awesome!! I was nervous but she put me at ease. It was a painless process and her work is amazing! I thought it would take a few hours but was done in about an hour!! Professional, friendly, attentiveand informative. I enjoyed that she listened to what I wanted. I asked for eyebrows that would enhance my natural ones. My natural eyebrows fade halfway giving me the appearance that I shaved half my eyebrow off. I have had regular tattoos done but no facial ones.I love the way my eyebrows and eyeliner turned out.
