Alex is the best! He installed my system 13 years ago and any time I need it serviced he is right there! I never have to stress about when it is going to be repaired or cleaned or if it is going to be done right! He is knowledgeable, honest and more than fair! I would give lakeside plumbing and heating 20 stars if they would let me!

The absolute best option, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I thought my indoor constant pressure pump had died, which meant no water and no heat in January. I couldn't bear to call the over-priced company I'd used in the past, so I called Alex at Lakeside because of their good word-of-mouth reputation. They came out right away and didn't charge for an emergency call. Within 30 seconds DJ had diagnosed the problem as a bad wire connection, and within 30 minutes he was done and our system running perfectly for very little $. This is what you hope for when you call a plumber! Smart and fast, no opportunistic price gouging, And that's just for this fairly basic plumbing problem - they also do state-of-the-art solar, radiant heat and any other "green" or high-efficiency installations, and I will be calling them in the future for upgrades.
