We worked with Mark, Jim and their team to get heat pumps installed in our cabin in Newcomb. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of their work! The AC has been great to have and we can’t get over how quiet the system is both indoors and out. Highly recommend working with Adirondack Heat Pumps!

We were in Ticonderoga from out of town and heard our brakes grinding. John was awesome. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The work was impeccable and reasonably priced on parts and labor. Couldn’t thank him more for all his help to keep us safe in our travels.
We had a dead tree in danger of falling down this past winter. Although late in the season and very cold, Dayton came out and removed the tree. Great job and customer service.Service: Tree removal

Alex is the best! He installed my system 13 years ago and any time I need it serviced he is right there! I never have to stress about when it is going to be repaired or cleaned or if it is going to be done right! He is knowledgeable, honest and more than fair! I would give lakeside plumbing and heating 20 stars if they would let me!
I love this clinic. I see Dr Ephraim Back and his team here. He is wonderful. He is kind, listens well, is judicious in his treatments, and has helped me a great deal w/ complex issues. The clinic is neat, bright and well run. The folks at front desk are efficient and friendly. I travel 1.5 hrs from another town to see Dr Back because I trust him.
I have been bringing my son here for almost 4 years. Dawn and her staff are always very welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond. I don’t have to worry about anything and never have to ask questions. Dawn is very thorough with him and he ALWAYS walks away happy. We definitely recommend Ti Optics.

Dr. Kate is wonderful!!! The doctor talks to you, she is so kind and caring towards our dog. Our dog needed surgery, there was no hesitation they got her in asap!!! Our dog is back to herself, acting like a puppy.
