They responded to my emails quickly, even following up with phone calls to answer all of my questions. Dr. Cho always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident in the care he was receiving. Although Brownie wasn't with us for very long after his visits, the team’s kindness was felt even after his passing, as they sent a heartfelt condolence card. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and her compassionate team for anyone needing exceptional care for their beloved pets.“

“Rarely do I post a review, but I felt obligated to share Bear's success story, and maybe help other dog's an their parents. After repeated visits to our regular vet., and Bear still scratching and keeping me up at night, I decided I needed to do some homework and see if there was such thing as a veterinary dermatologist, and guess what, there is, that would be Dr. Jeanne Budgin, on the upper west side, not to far from Bear and me. I have to tell everyone how happy we are that we saw Dr. Budgin and her dedicated, wonderful team, so informative, and kind, they took such a detailed history about Bear! After a few tests, and some medication for Bear, I'm actually sleeping at night! Bear's happier too, not scratching all of the time. Bear and I thank you! Dr. Budgin and her team are awesome, I highly recommend them.“
