Absolute worst managed store, hours say 7am open, manager strolls in around 7:45-8:00
I just love working all night then having to wait another 45 minutes for this woman to show up whenever she feels like it.

I recently had my first and last experience here. On 2/28 I took my trench coat be cleaned of a stain on my collar and right sleeve from a nose bleed I had that same day. I asked if they could get rid of the blood, and they said yes.

One week later I pricked up my trench coat, and I wore it that same weekend. I looked down and saw the same stains, just dried up. I was so disappointed — if they couldn’t remove the stains, I understand, but at least tell me that when I had picked it up….

This Dry Cleaner is not honest and provides poor service. Employees are not helpful
Left messages for owner manager and never recieved a call back regarding serious issue.
Many other Dry Cleaning available in Thornwood and will take my business elsewhere.
