Luis Gallardo arrived on time, did excellent installation with minimal disruption to the living space. He cleaned up meticulously. He and his helper were professional, friendly and clearly described the units operation . I will definitely use his services again. His pricing was just right. Highly recommended.
I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Cho and her wonderful staff. From the moment I called, they were incredibly accommodating, making sure my sweet old man, Brownie, was seen promptly. They responded to my emails quickly, even following up with phone calls to answer all of my questions. Dr. Cho always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident in the care he was receiving. Although Brownie wasn't with us for very long after his visits, the team’s kindness was felt even after his passing, as they sent a heartfelt condolence card. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and her compassionate team for anyone needing exceptional care for their beloved pets.
I was genuinely very nervous to start PT, but Lissette is so incredible. She really listens to my concerns about how my knee is doing, and she is always conscientious of any pain I may be in. She's also hilarious, and seems to have a great rapport with all of her patients. Lastly, I'd love to call attention to how *amazing* Mel is at her job. She is so on it, literally any time I have ever had to call I have always gotten through to her and she's solved whatever the problem was in 2 seconds. This is a great team, and I am very lucky to have them in my corner while trying to get my knee back into shape.

My spray tan always comes out so seamless, natural and gives me the perfect glow. She’s so sweet and guides you through the whole process. Highly recommend it! Pat Sr. and Pat Jr. are the best. From the moment our mother passed away at Calvary hospital until the day after the funeral they were there for us.
The moment our mother passed away my wife call Pleasant Manor asking if they could come to the Bronx to pick her up so she would not have to go to the morgue. Pat Sr. was there within the hour.
My wife called Pleasant Manor on the drive home and Pat Jr. said come by once you get your thoughts together. My wife, SIL and BIL arrived that afternoon and Pat Jr. made them feel so comfortable. They were in and out in no time with nothing to worry about.
The wake was beautiful. Pat Jr. did an amazing job on my MIL. The video slide show was perfect. I gave him a flash drive with over 175 pictures and his program created a slide show. I brought him four flash drives the morning of the funeral and he had the slide show download on all four drives before we left for the church.
The next day we sent a text to Pat Jr. asking for Thank You cards. He said they would be ready by 9am. We arrived at 9am just before another funeral was about to begin. Pat Sr. waived us in and said Pat Jr. had the cards. We drove up to the home and Pat Jr. came out and handed us the cards.
Later that week we were back at the home for another wake. Pat Jr. was a gem. We cannot say enough about this family. They are amazing and they've earned all our future business. Let's just pray that is later rather than sooner. LOL

I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.
I have been going to Thornwood Spavia for a couple of years. The staff is uniformly welcoming and professional. From the greeter Erica to masseuses in particular Amina. It is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience every time. I will continue to go!
I recently took my Goldendoodle Cody here. I was nervous because he can be a handful. But they were wonderful. They were professional and easygoing. They did a fantastic job. He looks great. They said he behaved which means they were gentle with him. Our whole family thinks this is his best cut in a long time. So glad I found them.

Ardiana was so fantastic and personable! I went to get my eyebrows cleaned up for my wedding and she is like the scientist of eyebrows - she is so professional and clearly knows what she's doing. I've tried to get my eyebrows done so many times and always leave feeling like the grinch, especially since I'm blonde. She left me feeling like a supermodel with brows perfectly shaped for my face and not too dark! I will be telling all my friends and family about this place - so happy I found it!!!

I love this spa for full body massages! The staff are very welcoming and professional. I also appreciate that someone is usually available for walk ins. The massages I’ve been getting are deep tissue style- simple, no fuss, relaxing, and therapeutic. I’ll be back often.

I can't say enough positive words about Steve, his son with Laura back in the office. They are a super efficient, responsive and professional plumbing team. In today's day and age where you have contractors who show up late (or not at all) it is refreshing to see Buglione Plumbing doing quality scheduled work with follow up and reasonable rates. Steve installed a new bathroom vanity, faucet, pulled and reinstalled my toilet, installed new towel bar accessories and a new bathtub faucet. He coordinated the tile vendor. Highly recommended,

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and I love it. Not only are you greeted by an adorable dog and smiling staff, Doctor Kaisier is also phenomenal. I arrived with a sinus headache and she really took her time in examining my eyes, checking my pressure and giving me genuine guidance throughout my visit. Did all the paper work on line before I got there which was great. Everyone was very nice & I had a very short wait before I was seen. I did schedule a few hours before I went. The provider and nurse were very good. 1/11/24 my second time there , it went just smoothe . The staff and doctor were great.
