We feel very confident every time our precious havanese puppy is in her magical hands. Our Suki always comes out looking fabulous and well groomed. The plus side to all this, Andrea comes to your home and do this from her mobile vehicle. We don't have to stress with getting Suki ready for a car trip, which stresses her very much. We have had a previous bad experience with another groomer where my dog was left in a crate with no water for hours and hours when I called multiple times to see if he was ready to be picked up. This wonderful place not only gave me an appointment the same day, but I was able to drop my dog off at 12:15 and pick him up by 1:30. Very polite staff. If you have a schnauzer, Ken is definitely the guy to go to. This gentleman has very extensive experience with the breed, and he knows with absolute certainty how to work their coat type.My first visit to a groomer of *any* kind was great all thanks to Ken and his daughter. “Tracy is AMAZING!! Her prices are reasonable & she always gets my dog back to me within an hour. Every other place I’ve ever gone has kept my dog for 3-4 hours & I always hated that. I love that she takes one dog at a time and gets them in & out quickly. She does a great job with the cuts & trims nails too. But, above all I love how good she is with my dog. They followed instructions not to try to touch her yet they still gave her as much attention possible.
