This is the place to go if you want a small town feel, prompt service and a personal connection with the owner, Kathy. Entire family going here for years. Pre-pandemic, Kathy would always thank her customers with a hug. She always asks about my husband, and both my adult children and takes a real interest in their lives. During the pandemic, you really must make an appointment- Kathy is doing most or all of the work herself and only allows two or three customers at a time in her small quaint shop.

The woman taking care of my mother and I (didn't get her name, but she's probably the owner) was amazing. She was incredibly sweet, and took care of my mom and I with great enthusiasm. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I went here for the first time during the holidays. My current nail place closed unexpectedly so I was a bit frazzled in looking for a good place. Rose Nail popped up with the highest reviews and now I know why. I took my girlfriend with me so she could get a gel manicure and a pedicure. I got a normal manicure and pedicure. The owner is incredibly fun. I called ahead and confirmed the following day because the staff was super helpful. It’s a small shop but I think I found my new nail place because of the service and politeness from the staff.
