I was quickly humbled when my hair turned orange and it looked horrible. I called the salon and spoke with Sao. I always pass the salon because I live close by so I thought I would try it — Within the first two minutes of speaking to Sao, the owner, she addressed all of my concerns and had me come in. The entire team made me feel so comfortable and I felt like I’ve known these women for years.
