Cold called this place after living nearby for a while. Got an appt with Lilianna (spelling?) who is an absolute magician. She took my awful year-old brown box color to miraculous! She did all of this with little to no guidance from me on what i wanted. She was patient, kind, and never made me feel like a bother even though I most certainly put a wrench in her day with my surprise 5 hour appointment. See photo below.

I honestly could not be happier! The salon has a nice mellow ambiance and the staff is all very nice. Stephanie is a real artist and knows her stuff! She took my hair from a brassy blonde to an icey cool blonde. She colored and cut my hair and did a phenomenal job! She is also lovely to be around. I will definitely be going back!

Love love LOVE coming here. Everyone who works here is pleasant and personable, and genuinely take an interested in what you want for your hair. But also, they just care about you as a person as well. Getting my haircut used to be something I did when I really had to, but now I look forward to getting my hair cut at Elite, especially when Stefanie works on my hair!
