I called Norco to come check the panel and see if they could figure out the problem. When George arrived, he knew what the issue was right away -" Sounds like a neutral issue, it's probably a Con Ed issue- but let's test it and confirm". They thoroughly tested the panel and when a high-power usage unit went on 1 leg dropped and the other spiked. They explained the issue to me, what was happening and what could happen if left unresolved.
