After a 30+ years with Agway, then Suburban, service deteriorated and became impersonal, and prices were often higher than currenty market prices for fuel oil and propane. We use coal for primary heat in winter, with fuel oil as backup. We also keep a 500 gallon propane tank for our generator. Our home heating system is like a powerplant or engine room of a ship, and gthe average fuel company tech or sales reps always tried to convince me to switch to some new high efficiency propane hot water boiler, or did not understand how our heating system works. Bottini fuel has been there for us for years. Having a an older home, there are a lot of issues through the years. Bottini has always responded quickly to take care of all our needs. I know they are just a phone call away at any time of day.

Service technicians and delivery drivers are awesome, extremely accommodating. All administrative staff very helpful in scheduling and answering questions. Response time was incredible. Definitely recommend any of the services they provide!! Thank you Bottini
